PUMPKIN PIE INGREDIENTS 1 unbaked 9" Deep Dish Pie Shell (homemade/store bought) 2 eggs 1 can (16oz) Libby's Solid Pack Pumpkin 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 ground gloves 1 can (12 fluid ounces) undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk* Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pie shell. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell.* Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for an additional 40 - 50 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. * Carnation Evaporated Lowfat Milk can be substituted for Carnation Evaporated Milk for lower fat/calorie pie. * For shallower pies substitute two 9" pie shells (2 cup volume). Bake in 425 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 20 - 30 minutes or until pies are done.
